Early Years Parents/Carers Survey 2021

Closed 26 Mar 2021

Opened 5 Mar 2021

Dear Parent/Carer,

We hope you are well and adjusting to the ‘new normal’, whatever that is for you. We miss seeing you in the Children’s Centres and other services face to face but hopefully you have caught some of our online activities and services.

Children’s Centres and their partner agencies are working together to make services better for families with young children as we work on the Covid-19 recovery plans. Therefore, we would like to invite you to share your experiences during this pandemic through this online survey. We want to hear from you about how you and your family have been managing during the Covid-19 pandemic, types of support you have accessed, any barriers to accessing support and what else would be useful to you and your family.

This survey is aimed at families with children under five years of age and under nine for children with SEND. There are FIVE short sections in the survey.

Your responses will be kept anonymous and all information will be stored securely and seen only by the researcher in the Children’s Centre Service. The information will be used to ensure we are offering the right support to families with young children at the right time over the coming months and beyond. We will also share the information with commissioners and policy makers at local level.

You will have the option to enter your name into a PRIZE DRAW. There will be three £50 shopping vouchers to be won.

If you would like to complete the survey with someone over the telephone, please contact us via the above email address or telephone number on this page and we will call you back at a time that is convenient to you.

Your participation in this is voluntary and we thank you for your time.
