The Council believe that the proposed schemes will benefit residents, tenants, landlords and the wider community.

Benefits for Residents:

  • Reducing levels of anti-social behaviour and crime in rented properties
  • Providing Redbridge residents with a more desirable place to live in and enjoy

Benefits for Tenants:

  • Improving poor property conditions and management of privately rented properties
  • Improving health and wellbeing
  • Increasing tenant awareness about the course of action available to them when they are experiencing poor property conditions

We will hold all information securely and strictly in line with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the UK General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). Survey responses will be available to Redbridge Council and M·E·L Research. Information you provide will only be used for research purposes and you will not be personally identifiable in any reports, although organisations may be identifiable.

The survey should take around 10-15 minutes to complete.
