What is this survey for?

  • This survey asks for your opinions about the relocation of Thackeray Drive Children’s Centre services to the Seven Kings Hub.
  • There are 9 short questions followed by some diversity monitoring questions. The survey will take approximately 5 minutes to complete.

What changes are being proposed?
There are no proposed changes to the services and activities offered through Thackeray Drive Children’s Centre Services: they will just be delivered from new facilities in a different location.
Seven Kings Hub will provide new, purpose-built facilities for Children’s Centre activities and services, and other activities for children and families. This will include new outdoor space, an under 5s area and confidential meeting spaces for parents.
Families will also be able to access a wide range of other services in the same building such as a library for children, young people and adults, a café and a GP surgery with other health services.
The new Seven Kings Community and Health Hub will be 0.6 miles from Thackeray Drive. It is a 12-minute walk and is on the 86 bus route.
