The vast majority of consultations are completely anonymous and do not ask for any sensitive personal data (e.g. name, contact details). Under the Data Protection Act and the Generation Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we will only collect personal data through consultations if there is a good reason for it and we will always ask for your consent to provide this information.
There are many reasons why we might ask for you to provide personal information. In most cases, this will be because your personal data will help us to analyse the responses to the consultation, which we will use to improve services.
