Overview

Thank you for your interest in joining the Community Voice group.

Community Voice provides a way for local people to get directly involved in council decision-making. You can have your say on important issues that affect your neighbourhood and make a real difference to the area you live in.

Community Voice is a group of people who live and/or work in Redbridge. Members will meet, usually remotely, for a minimum of two hours a month. We will ask for your views on a range of issues that affect our residents such as crime, planning, transport, anti-social behaviour, and customer services. As a member, you will hold the council and other stakeholders/partners to account for the delivery and quality of their services.

You will be asked to consider quantitative and qualitative information on a range of issues and agree solutions that meet the needs of all our residents in Redbridge. For your time and to reflect the value of your input, members will receive £100 worth of vouchers over a year.

Why your views matter

The group is formed to be broadly representative of the population within the London Borough of Redbridge. The Community Voice panel is made up of residents from a range of backgrounds who want to improve their neighbourhoods and public services for all residents. Because of this, we ask that those interested in joining fill out this short survey so that members can be selected in line with the groups intended diversity.

If you have any questions regarding Community Voice then please email communityvoice@redbridge.gov.uk and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
