Child Friendly Ambassador Election

Closed 13 Feb 2020

Opened 3 Feb 2020

Overview

Towards the end of last year, we asked students across Redbridge to put themselves forward to become a Child Friendly Redbridge Ambassador. The deadline for nominations was 28th Janaury 2020.

We are now looking to elect one Ambassador and one Deputy Ambassador from every secondary school in Redbridge and need you to vote for the candidate you want to represent your school.

We want young people to help steer the work we will undertake as part of the Child Friendly Redbridge programme and provide a voice for themselves, their school and other young people in Redbridge.

Successful candidates will be anounced on 18th February 2020 at Rebridge Town Hall after the Youth Election Count.

All young people aged 11-18 can come and help us count the ballots in the Youth Election on 18th February – you will be trained and receive lunch and a voucher for taking part.  Sign up at  https://www.eventbrite.com/e/youth-election-ballot-counting-tickets-90961816241 The announcement of both the Youth Election and the Child Friendly Ambassador Election  will also be on the 18th February from 4.30pm in Redbridge Town Hall – so book your free ticket now on https://www.eventbrite.com/e/2020-redbridge-youth-election-and-cfr-ambassador-announcement-evening-tickets-92014757617
